MY PLEXUS SLIM 7 DAY CHALLENGE!!

Well my 7 day challenge has ended!

I was just a little leary about trying another weight loss product.   I have tried just about everything that is out there.  

The first day that I tried Plexus I took my measurements. I used the pixie stick of Plexus and poured  it in my bottled water thirty minutes before breakfast.  After shaking it up and taking my first drink I was blown away with the taste.  It was very tasty!!  I noticed within a hour my craving for food was decreasing.  You can use the pixie drink twice daily or once daily I just took it once.  

The second day I drank my Plexus thirty minutes before breakfast.  I then took the Accelerator with my breakfast as you cannot take it on an empty stomach.  I did this for seven days. 

During  the 7 days I noticed that my cravings for chocolate and sweets were decreasing to the point  I didn't even want anything sweet.   This was important to note as I am a huge fan of chocolate!  

My total weightloss within the seven days was two and half pounds. I lost 3 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips.  My energy increased and I felt so much better.  Plexus contains Vitamin b6, b12, Folic Acid, Chromium and Calcium.  It is an all natural product.

When I started this book it was hard to put it down!!!Taming Romeo is a comtemporary romance which I love romance books.  Evie Sanchez was going to medical school when she went thru a break-up from her boyfriend Eric.  So she decided to recover by going home and working in her parents Filipino restaurant. While home her former boyfriend Romeo is now a hot movie star.

Even though Romeo is a Bad Boy he never understood why Evie stood him up at the prom.  After a brief encounter at the dumpster of her families restaurant he is determined to find out why.  

The chemistry between Evie and Romeo is HOT!! Romeo is going after what he wants and what he had wanted all along.  Evie lands a part as Romeo’s co-star and falls into her role, totally in love.  But you have to remember is this Fantasy or is it LOVE..


Talk about sexy and hot this book was one I couldn't put down.  I don't want to tell you about the ending that is something you will have to find out.  Just say there is a twist that the author throws in there.

  I am such a big fan of Organic and Natural Products.  And was so excited that I got a chance to try them.

This soap is AMAZING!!

Headband with Flower 

As you all know we have had a very cold winter.  But I was kept warm by wearing a very fashionable scarf and headband designed by Mary Kate.   Mary Kate crochets herself and has them ready in no time.  You just tell her the colors you prefer and what design you like and she is right on it.  I went with bright colors with me wearing a black coat wanted my accessory to stand out.   I love the flower on the headband it adds a special touch.  She also makes them for smaller children.  I even placed an order to give as gifts for Christmas. My daughter loves her purple head band with the black flower. I love them because they are all hand made and you can even wash them in your washing machine and lay flat to dry.  They are the perfect gift!!

No more cold head for me!!
